The Story of Wednesday Night Dinners

THE 2008 WEDNESDAY NIGHT DINNERS 

APRIL 2 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 24.

It all started with a few great glasses of wine and some warm bowls of soup.
For the last five years, friends and family have gathered together at the Studio to share a meal. What began as an informal meeting of winemakers sharing their wines over a pot of homemade soup has evolved over the years – new friends were invited, the cuisine expanded, the menus changed. But the premise remains the same. Good food and friends are the reasons wine is made, and we celebrate this idea nearly every Wednesday night at the Carlton Winemakers Studio.

Each week from April through September one of our Studio wineries is featured with wines paired to a three course menu prepared by a guest chef.  The dinners offer a wonderful opportunity to interact with the winemaker and chef in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.    

  • Seatings available at 6:00pm and 7:30pm; limited to 20 guests per seating
  • Advance reservations required by calling 503-852-6100.  To secure your reservation a Visa or Mastercard number is required, but not charged. 
  • A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged for no shows or cancellations after 5pm the Monday of that week's dinner. 
  • $30 per person includes three course meal, non inclusive of wine and gratuity
  • Featured wine selections available by the glass and bottle; prices vary
