Ayoub Vineyard
Mohamad “Mo” Ayoub, is an engineer by day and dedicated vintner by night. He's also a graduate from the highly respected Hyde Park Culinary Institute in New York. If you're ever able to have Mo cook for you, let's just say you're in for a very indulgent experience.
His love for food and wine, prompted him to search for the perfect land to plant vines and build a legacy. In 2001, Mo's wish came true - he found his haven, nestled in the Dundee Hills and planted four prized acres of vines that same year. In 2004, he was able to unveil the potential of his land, by producing a wine from the vines that he meticulously planted and cared for. The results proved to be flourishing, providing bright fruit and unique complexity, creating an elegant Pinot Noir.
Mo works closely with his winemaker Robert Brittan, producing a limited amount of Pinot Noir of the highest quality. He recently unveiled a second label "Memoirs", which is a blend of Pinot Noir from select vineyards throughout the Willamette Valley. A tribute to fond recollections with his family, the Memoirs label is a charming photograph of Mo with his mother and siblings in 1964, on the beach in Beirut, Lebanon. A wine that should be on everyone's dinner table!
