Caterer - Have Knives, Will Travel

Quinn Corbett first came to the Studio in June of 2006 to buy wine for the Alaska cruise yacht where he was working as executive chef.  He came in, tried everything we were pouring and walked out with 27 cases of wine (see below).  His yachting customers loved the wines produced at the Studio, and over the course of the summer, Quinn returned for more.  Quinn, a Maine native, was trained at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island,  and worked for over 10 years on cruise yachts.  Now retired off the yachts, Quinn lives in Carlton, where he provides many local wineries with gourmet meals, prepared with locally grown ingredients and designed as a match to a specific wine.

For the Studio's Wednesday night dinners, Quinn works with each winery to create a menu matched to wines chosen by the winemaker.  He is a strong believer in using organically grown products whenever possible and in using locally-grown seasonal products.
