Hamacher Wines

Hamacher sources fruit from up to 12 vineyards in order to produce just two vintage wines; Hamacher Pinot Noir and Hamacher Chardonnay.

After 18 months in barrel, these wines spend at least another 18 months in bottle prior to release. The goal is elegant, complex, texturally rich wines that are ready to drink upon release (but will get even better with a few more years in your cellar). Quality critical decisions often yield good wines that don't quite make the grade. These are then selected and blended to form the "H" wines. Although no "H" has yet shown a vintage designation, most would actually have qualified for one.
