The Carlton Winemakers Studio, born in the summer of '02, is the brain-child of winemaker Eric Hamacher, Luisa Ponzi (winemaker for Ponzi Vineyards) and their partners Ned and Kirsten Lumpkin of Lazy River Vineyard in Yamhill, Oregon. The Studio is the first multiple winery facility built in Oregon.
